HSMNA Crime Watch program

Residents who live in the Hollywood-Santa Monica neighborhood enjoy an added layer of security through membership in the Expanded Neighborhood Patrol (ENP), a program of the HSMNA. Coordinated through the Dallas Police Department, the ENP utilizes off-duty DPD police offers, in DPD vehicles, to patrol the neighborhood. 

HSMNA membership dues pay for the patrol car, its data terminal, mileage costs, and the paging system. At the present, the ENP features 20 to 24 patrol hours each week.

Membership in the ENP program is $45 per quarter, per household. Residents also have the option of paying ENP dues monthly at $16 per month.
